Don’t like paying what you won they use alot of tricks and made up rules as they go along. I had a bad experience i deposited money 2x £20 did my wagering I withdrawn £150. Then they dropped a free £10 non deposit bonus in me account I played it got me winnings upto £330 after I wagered that £10. Went to withdraw but I had a pending withdrawal so I cancelled that one then I went back in to withdrawals and put in £450. And played the rest of £30. Comes to the next working day I get a email that my withdrawel was declined and they confiscated £400 of me winnings and put £50 bk in me gaming account bearing in mind you can only withdraw £100 minimum and the free £10 i took can only have £50 winnings max ! Which to a point I made with them why give free none deposit bonus such a predatory practice it is ! I was told I have to make another deposit minimum £20 play that with the £50 in me game account 3x wagering yes more wagering even though I wagered the bonus 30x before hand and so on before ! So no I did not deposit told them it not going to happen. Other argument is on what I won before I took the free £10 on deposits I made the £150 I originally won and withdrew and why i cannot have that bk as it was not won via the free £10 but they said it don’t work like that they go on the free £10 I took anything I put on or did before is void. This casino is very unfair you never get money out because they will have many excuses and bs rules to throw at you avoid avoid I have closed my account permanently and with them and there 2 other sister sites !
