I made a deposit of 1000$ via usdt-erc20. The transaction is confirmed on my crypto wallet as well as etherscan, but has not showed up on my casino balance.


I have sent the casino screenshots of the transaction on my crypto wallet as well as the transaction hash on etherscan, but they have not found my deposit yet. It has been over 36 hours now.


My deposit is STILL missing.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

Hi,


There is no payment provider. It is a simple cryptocurrency deposit.


The casino gives me a personal deposit address that only I can use for my crypto deposits. If I look up this address on etherscan, it shows my 1000$ usdt deposit sitting in there.


I can send you screenshots if needed to prove the transaction was confirmed on the ethereum network and on my crypto wallet.
