My deposit hasn't been put on my platform for hours and nobody to answer my question or help. unhelpfull chat

I made a deposit and after 2 hours its not in my platform . Trying to chat or get someone to help is ridiculous nobody would answer my question

Pay out good on most platforms they offer. But customer service is horrible they all give you the exact same answer as if there reading it from a script. You can only withdraw 200 a day and when ypu do multiple withdraws in a short time frame the longer they take to pull the money to send it to you. And if you play on the platform you requested a withdraw from even if the amount of withdraw is still on there they decline it. Any other onlinegaming site pays out within minutes they can take up to 48 hours. If you have a issue with a game and don't receive ypur winnings they come up with some excuse as if it was your fault and refuse to pay up. Feel what a lot of their practices are illegal and should be looked into there no reason why they should take several hours or days to pay out or check into a claim

They do have rules on how much you can redeem in 24 hours if you haven't deposited a certain amount. If you win 600 and you only deposit 20 you just redeem 200 and again the next day that's nothing. And they always have promotions and they match your deposit all the time. I now use and I am very comfortable with Bitcoin they made the process so much easier than other experiences I previously had. I think this is especially for someone that hasn't or doesn't usually use bitcoin. Try BitBetWin. I have cashed out many times as I mentiond.
