Betwhale is an online casino that I frequently use. At the end of every month I contact the casino regarding the fees charged for depositing funds using Bitcoin. For instance, a few days ago, I requested a reimbursement for the Bitcoin deposit fees I paid during the month of September. The process took approximately 5 minutes, and I received real money without any issues or questions asked. So far, my experience with Betwhale has been excellent.
I made a $300 aud payment via Usdt and it’s been 8 hours since the payment was confirmed on the blockchain. Balance has not updated and staff continuously lie about the status of the payment. I have attempted to share payment receipts, confirmations and evidence but they ignore it.
Have made no progress whatsoever despite contacting their online chat on 10 occasions.
Stay away at all costs. This site is close to a scam. They will approve you for a tenth of what you request. They will not even payout your average bet in the hopes that you get frustrated and lose everything. After requesting 2500 payouts three times I have been approved of 1250, 750, and 500. Let me add that I have also had over 10k in my acct when requesting these amounts. They hide behind their terms and conditions stating that they can pay out in smaller increments but it’s really so you keep betting and lose your balance. I just immediately stopped playing after the second small cashout and took my business elsewhere. Customer service takes a week to respond and won’t tell you what you need to do to get to the higher cashout level. I put 100k in bets in and didn’t get approved to even cashout 2500??? After that they keep going down on your amounts no matter what you do. This site will be out of business in a year and you will never get your funds. By the way, you can deposit unlimited amounts but they decide how much you can withdrawal
