Only facts may be casino guru will not delete my review. But this casino and their casino sisters. which you can see in casino guru site use, in my opinion, tricks to steal your money.

I registred first in one of sister casino and then to betsofa casino. I verified my account without problem and made withdraws. then i won 5200 euro and made again withdraw. Next few days all my account was closed and after 40 days casino closed all my account saying that i do not passed kyc in some time limits, but nowhere casino do not said about any limit.
At this moment and sent all documents but casino said that finish desicion and they will not pay.
This is not complaint, this my expirience with this casino.

I'm not sure why this casino has so many good reviews. But yet again I'm writing a genuine honest review, in the hope it will help inform new players. I haven't played that much at this casino hence why i didn't give it a 'very negative' rating. However, the games are basically the same as every other casino licenced in curaçao, basically substandard compared to that of casinos operating under more credible regulation.

I was unable to deposit using visa because yet again the payment provider was not reliable and wasn't working. This happens a lot with these types of casinos. Any other deposit method costs you in fees.

When i asked to close my account i was directed to a responsible gambling link to cool off or self-exclude. I said i wanted to close my account. I am a responsible gambler and hence did not need to self-exclude.

I was then told my account was referred to the relevant department for self-exclusion. i didn't ask for self-exclusion, i was basically told this is the same as closing my account, when i questioned this, Maria on chat wrote back to me with attitude saying, it's basically the same and 'what's my problem?'

I've seen this happen many times with these casinos and it's a red flag straight away, they don't know the different between self-exclusion and simply wanting to close your account. They also have seriously bad customer service, with some real attitude problems, which would not happen at a legitimate casino.

So again, licenced in curacao, same low-quality games and unprofessional customer service staff. All the red flags to warn people to be cautious.

Only been playing with welcome bonus for two days. Seems to be a good casino. Games run smoothly. Occasional free spins. Sometimes you win less (10 times), sometimes more (250 times). Autoplay isn't always available (e.g. Hacksaw), Big Time G. You can't play Big Time G in Germany either, as was the case with Bonanza and Millionaire. Therefore one star less. Deposits by bank transfer should apparently take 1-3 days, so paid in with a credit card. Personally, I don't like paying with a credit card. Payout, still working on it.
Addendum a month later after my first review:
I am now in the withdrawal phase. Account verification was initially successful (received e-mail confirmation), I sent the following photos: credit card, identity card and bank statement where nothing was allowed to be covered, including account transactions, I have not experienced this in other casinos until now. Requested withdrawal, received email, money is on its way. Of course it wasn't!!! When I didn't play in the casino a few days later, so I didn't lose anything either, the next request for verification came, this time a photo of me with my ID card and in the other hand a piece of paper with certain numbers. Haha, how idiotic that is! Get the casino kings...I'm curious how it goes on.

Unfortunately, do not set a self-exclusion due to gambling addiction on request, but only a cooling off period, after which the account is fully available again. The deposit limits are not working, I have set the limit to €100 daily, unlimited deposit possible.

it's the worst experience I've ever had.
I honestly thought casinos didn't do that anymore, but there are still those who are dishonest and greedy in their business.

It doesn't make sense that this is an honest casino.

I registered on their website, I managed to successfully spend a couple of gaming sessions. Good matches, good winnings.

But the casino decided it might not pay me any money. It's been more than 8 days since I went through the verification process.
Not only do they reply once every few days. but every time they come up with a new idea to verify the account.
Why don't they request everything in one letter?
Our correspondence has already led to a request for a video that will take another 5 days to review. .....

Last update, money is all there now. It took a while, but after a few reminder emails, all 5 payments have now been made. Hence 4 stars now. Unfortunately, only withdrawals of €1000 per day are possible. That should be changed.


And another new update:
After 3 successful payouts, we are hooked again. Now there is a recheck of whatever is to be checked before the next output is processed. So there is no 4 star yet, I would rather take one away again.



Updated again:
The first money is in my account, now it suddenly went fast. Three stars because of the limit of 1000 euros per day. The fourth comes after all winnings have been paid out.

I fell for a fraudulent offer from this casino. I got an offer by mail for 100% bonus up to 150€. Unsuspectingly, I accepted the offer and paid in €50. When I met the wagering requirements, my balance went from €550 to €150. As I then found out, this bonus has a maximum withdrawal amount of €150. This was not mentioned at all in the mail and borders on fraud for me. Suppose you deposit €150 with this bonus. Then you could win €0 after wagering €6000. In the best case, you can pay out your money again. That smells like rip-off and fraud to me.

I would say from my experience, do not play here. They don't take any responsibility from their errors. Normally you would think that casino compensate when they have made a clear mistake. They asked me document that isn't even exist and caused my verification/ withdraw process to be slower. They don't lock your withdraw which is not good for people that can't control their gambling. Basically they want to benefit from people that is vulnerable and not in control. It took them 3 weeks to answer my complaint. The answer only includes copy of two of their terms. Underrated casino.

Let's be clear that I'm not into sports, so I can say some only about the casino section.
For me, the best part of betsofa is the number of games and their quality. The customer support is available all day and indeed is very friendly. Fellas got nice bonuses with a good max win (comparin to other casinos). Speaking of withdrawals, the withdrawal time is quite quick, in general, I got 4 or 5 withdrawals which were processed within 1-2 h.

ATTENTION! If you win a larger sum, verification will be made impossible. I won 2k and wanted to withdraw. Of course, I had to verify myself, which is absolutely fine. If you win high, more and more documents will be requested. A verification is therefore impossible!! Sorry but I deposited real money and won honestly and it's not paid out!
