Made my first deposit of 500brl using the welcome casino bonus, lost everything and made another deposit and lost everything again. I have written and deleted reviews for this casino a couple of times because I've had a hard time trying to be balanced. On the one hand the customer service is very helpful and timely, the site is pleasant to play at, and verification/withdrawals are reasonable and quick. On the other hand the RTP became so disatrous here that it was hard to wrap my brain around. I have a problem with my withdrawal. I made my first deposit via visa card but it was impossible to take my money back. I asked 40 euros as my first withdrawal. They asked me to make an onother deposit via Skrill or Mastercard etc. I am waiting for their financial apartment to inform me about the procedure. It's a little bit inconvenient I would say.
