My name is akashdeep played in this casino and won some bucks after which I tried to withdraw my fund but here it seems impossible, so I talked to live agent and email to there costumer support address by a email every time the conversation ended with " they could do nothing in that matter it was up to financial team to check my documents and verify before any withdrawal from the account"

    I know casino care less about there costumer and every time they want us to lose but in this case there was no virtue in opening up a casino with some kind licensing"

   I would have understood if they could have given me any reasoning because sum was not much. 

   First it was 48 hours wating process after which it became 78 hours as they mentioned and now I have waited for about a week.I certainly think that they must have marked me as problem costumer by now because it could be one reson despite my several email t o finance department they are did not reply.

       OR asif my number in the que is very high and could take a year or so it's likely there is only 1 doctor and far too many patients it's supposedly what they were trying me to convey in live chat and costumer support thing.

  "Lol" if anybody could give me more ideas regarding this please share with me , thank you

My words may not be appropriate but at this time movement I feel like it's just what it is. I also know I won through promotion but It wasn't miracle people had worn like this I guess.. so I don't see the harm to actually make a dissection to feel benefited especially with all terms met.

I was rude in fact very rude at some point because I understand people like us may be or directly come under the label of opportunistic coz free spin winning solely defines it. And could have forgotten under any subcutaneous if only I could have got Mail from the verification department with any label.but now i am very thankful to bet247 to collect my identity as an individual and hope to stay loyal with my almost dedication.
