My experience here was very good. They have some of my favourite games and good bonus offers. The withdrawal process was smooth and quick.
Update: I continued playing and realized it was a huge mistake because they are incompetent. I was rewarded a 77 spin bonus by them but only received 7. Clearly one of their cashiers/technicians forgot a second 7. For half a month so far I've sent them several emails and live chat (which sometimes takes over an hour to reach) and they just give completely generic responses and act as if nothing is wrong.

I have used this site a few times, and I have been paid out by them for a small amount in the past. More recently (today), I was unable to change games and spins would start without me initiating. It took 3 attempts of waiting in chat for over half an hour to get a person. They removed the 'open' rounds and tried to get me to deposit again, to which I replied I wasn't even sure the problem was resolved. I switched to one of my favorite games that I play on numerous other sites (fire gnomes), and noticed something was off but couldn't put my finger on it. I continued to play and then the game glitches briefly to the start of the bonus before returning. It is then that I realized that when you win on this game the symbols are raised, but there are no lines going through them like on this site. Tried several times to deposit via interac and never got it on the casino account and never returned to my bank account. I definately suggest read the promotions carefully as there is limitations on how much you can win. I won 4000 to be told there was 500 cap which I accepted. But I was originally told before winning that if I was to ever withdraw my time was cut down to 1 to 2 days being platinum vip and lucky enough I did win. 11 days later and I'm being told every day to be patient and that I will be in there soon. You have to be careful with the bonuses, because the conditions are quite strict and a bit unclear. But when you play with your own money, you have a really good experience. Yesterday I made my first withdrawal, the account had to be confirmed before processing the withdrawal request, but once the documents were sent, the confirmation was done in a few hours and today the withdrawal was approved and the money is in the account. Absolutely terrible casino. They give a lot of bonusses but once you can make a witdrawel they will do anything not to pay. For instance i made a 90 cent bet and therefore they cancelled my whole withdrawel and made it void. Dont bet here. Never had this before and inplayed with a lot of different brands.
