They seems like scammers. Limited customer service. Withdrawal service is disabled untill account is verified. And to verify account. They want bank account statement with SWIFT/IBAN number on it. In canada, SWIFT/IBAN number is not shown on bank statement. Also, they don't accept cable, internet bill as proof of address. So, It is not possible to verifying account from canada.
