They restricted my account for no reason ( maybe because I won 10k€ ) and asked me for verification but of course they made it impossible to pass, rejecting all documents I provide them. It looks they do not want to pay 10900€ and they will make everything to not pay it. Avoid these frauds. I have to take the case to the court to get my money back.

I’m very disappointed with Unibet. I had self-excluded for life to protect myself from gambling harm, yet I was still able to deposit money again. This shows they do not take responsible gambling seriously.

Also, the RTP on many of their games feels extremely low. It’s very easy to lose money fast, and there is no transparency or warning about it.
If you want to protect yourself, stay away from this casino — the combination of poor protection and very low RTP is dangerous.

Unibet has been withholding my funds since 24 August. I own my own company and sent funds from my business account to myself, which is clearly stated in the bank statement I provided. I also submitted all the required SOW (Source of Wealth) documents, and at the time the threshold was below €2,000.

Unibet now demands a personal tax return, which I do not have (since all income flows through my company). I have explained this many times, yet they keep asking for the same documents again and again, instead of releasing my funds.

This is unacceptable. I escalated the case to eCOGRA (ADR), but Unibet continues to stall and ignore. They clearly do not care about their customers.

⚠️ Be warned: Unibet makes it extremely difficult to withdraw your money, even after you comply fully with their requests.

I registered at Unibet Casino in March and completed the verification process. After that, I received a message saying everything was fine the verification was completed, and the status of the documents changed. Without a second thought, I started playing: depositing, winning, losing, and withdrawing funds...

Then, another notification came, and I had to go through verification again: send my passport or driver’s license, proof of address, a utility bill, a bank statement, and proof of funds. A lengthy list, but the very next day, I uploaded all the necessary documents, yet the verification process didn’t end there!

They asked for a whole bunch of documents again, including a bank statement, and gathering them took me until August 9th. I also reminded the administration that I had previously sent them a 90-day Skrill statement, as I only deposited through this method, so all my transactions were there... What was the point of asking for the same documents? I was tormented with documents, I submitted everything, and still, everything went wrong.

It didn’t take long to get a response: on the 12th, I received an email saying that my account was closed for violating clause 10.3, and all my funds were brazenly seized... well, confiscated, of course.

At first, I thought it was a mistake since the email addressed me as "Anna," and the violation of clause 10.3 had nothing to do with me, as it essentially pertains to intellectual property.

I tried to find out what exactly I had "violated." Then they sent me another email, referring to a different clause, which seemed very strange to me. First, they call me Anna and say I violated clause 10.3, and now it turns out there’s a new clause. By the way, the account is still blocked. Every single day, they change the reasons for closing the account and come up with different excuses. Well, I didn’t get my money, but I did get a whole bunch of terrible emotions and emails with ridiculous excuses.

Can you imagine the thrill of winning at a casino? Yes, I know that feeling too. But the emotions when your winnings are taken away? I can't, damn it, imagine that, because I've been robbed of that chance.

I registered on the Unibet website in March this year and immediately encountered difficulties when making a deposit. I contacted support, verified my identity, and sent all the necessary documents. After that, I played peacefully and even managed to win. On June 14, I received an email requesting me to complete verification: confirm my address and fill out a responsible gambling questionnaire. I promptly did everything, and at the beginning of July, I completed the SOW verification. On July 12, I received another notification about the need to verify my account: I needed to send proof of address sent by mail and a photo with an ID next to my face. Once again, I promptly fulfilled all the requirements and received a notification of verification completion. However, that's when the first serious problems began: my withdrawal request had been pending for about a week – I contacted support, and...

They "helped" me so much! On July 17, without a clear explanation, my account was completely blocked, my funds confiscated, and access to the entire group of casinos revoked. Great result! Are you guys out of your mind?

I tried to find out the reason for this decision, and they referred to a point in their rules that they can close any account without explanation. Just because they felt like it. That's what their rules say. It's like if I suddenly closed your account and took your money, just because I can.

My balance was completely confiscated, and they justified it by saying that they had already processed withdrawals exceeding the total amount of my deposits. So the fact that I withdrew more money from the casino than I deposited is the main reason for blocking and stealing my money!

I am in complete shock at such behavior from the casino and very disappointed in them. They could have just returned my money! But no, it's easier for them to block you and take everything because they can.

Be careful and think twice before registering at Unibet Casino, because if you happen to "get lucky" and win – you won't see your winnings!
