even after meeting the play through requirements I was not getting any complaints and when I brought that to their attention they said the bonus on the deposit is not considered to be real money that is bs because I loose with real money and win with bonuses and after the play through requirement is met it should be considered as withdrawable funds or earn comp points as a regular deposits, even though the 45X or 60X play through is horrible but I got lucky and met it and yet I can't cash out that is not a legitimate way of doing business and their fees to make a withdrawal is terrible not too mention very long and not many options to get your money. But sure enough they charge your card right away. overall after playing on their site for two months I will not recommend them to anyone

Update: Since I last posted months ago, I have not won a thin dime. I can't even win 20x on a spin. Ever. They may have had a management or ownership change, but whatever has happened, this site has become nothing but a scam. DO NOT DEPOSIT HERE! This is a black hole that does nothing by suck your money. I wish I could retract everything I ever said that was positive. This used to be a reputable site, but it should now be on a blacklist

UPDATE: Something has changed about this casino in the last couple of months. Their live chat has disappeared and you cannot reach them by phone. They do not return emails, either. So, basically, you cannot contact them. I understand the concept of gambling but this site has also changed in the winnings aspect. It is almost impossible to win anything more than a mere pittance. I don't know if they have had a change of management/ownership, but from this point forward, I most likely will not be playing here anymore. It used to be fun - win some and lose some. Now I might as well throw my money out the window.
