I used my tournament-won balance to play the slot Mega Crush and ran into a serious transparency and fairness issue... I repeatedly landed valid symbol clusters on screen (2× , x6 , x9 multipliers, even nine 2× symbols in a row), but my balance only ever decreased by the bet amount—no extra credits were added.
Every time that cluster appeared, the interface flashed a banner saying "KEEP SPINING", encouraging me to believe the RTP would automatically correct any glitch on the next spin. It never did.
Lack of In-Game Proof
There’s no visible spin history, round ID or timestamps in the game client to prove what happened.
When I contacted support, they asked me to "describe exactly what happened," send screenshots and give precise timestamps—despite the fact that none of that information is recorded or accessible in the UI.

They flatly denied any issue and refused to escalate my case to an audit or compliance team.
When I pointed out the missing payouts, they asked, "Why didn’t you report this earlier?" I didn’t report it immediately because I assumed, like with any slot, the RTP would correct itself in subsequent spins.

HORRIBLE SITE!!!! This is the worse site ever. I won a total of $580. SO DECIDED TO WITHDRAW. I deposited $160 in my bank account and did two checks for $150 each to be mailed. The site changed me $60 for the bank deposit and $30 for each check. This was two weeks ago. Today I received only $80 in my bank. THEY DONT PAY. Dont waste your money. I was made to send my documents plus selfie holding ID 6 times over 4 weeks.
