I found the range of games very convincing and the casino also spoke to me very much.
However, when it was supposed to be paid out after two wins, new documents were repeatedly requested so that no payout could take place.
I find this approach quite bad and would therefore like to warn all new players against playing at this casino, there are really better online casinos here.
The chat is also only recommended to a very limited extent, no German only with a translator, OK also in order, but not enough for a German-speaking casino, nobody could help me here either, a pity.
I just want to have my winnings paid out now, then I'll say goodbye to this casino forever. It's a pity, but what the heck.

Please don't play here. A horror of casino
Bet 20 euros there and claimed the 100% bonus, mind you, you don't get any free spins if you deposit 20 euros, only if you deposit 50 euros. There is no direct 24/7 chat, you just have to wait for someone to come into the chat .There is no German chat available, you are treated unfriendly.
With 40 euros you have to convert 900 euros before the payout. Message from the chat 04/15/22:

I find the casino terribly untidy and opaque, downright confusing in the menu navigation.
The fact alone speaks for itself. You deposit 20 euros, but do not get any free spins which you would actually get in any normal casino, even with a deposit of 20 euros. Turning over 900 euros with 40 euros is almost impossible, there is better casinos. They advertise like the big casinos, but there's nothing behind it. My account suddenly had 1x 5 free spins, 1x 10 free spins, why, why, why, nobody in customer service could tell me, you couldn't play them.
