I wouldn't recommend this casino anymore. Back in the day, it was still a good place to play at Mr. Green. Now it's very tedious and often frustrating. From 3/8 to 8/8, was the time it took to verify my account. The documentation requirements they asked for at verification were quite demanding, but that's okay. The requirement varied depending on the agent I spoke to, which baffled me. However, upon meeting the requirements, they verified my account. A problem arose, as I communicated mainly via email, but at the same time, via text messages, they asked me for documents, warning me that they would block my account in "x" number of days if I did not present them. At the same time, on the same day I received the verification confirmation email, the deadline mentioned in the text message was met. A few hours later, they blocked my account that day. I contacted the complaint service by email and the next day they unblocked my account. It is a good casino, since I played, lost and won. I withdrew my winnings without problems. Their biggest drawback is communication, since they have a live chat that is "hidden" and is not available all day.
