This casino does not take responsible gambling seriously. It seems possible to keep playing even after a lifetime self-exclusion, which is unacceptable.
If this is accurate, Spelinspektionen should investigate and shut it down. A casino that can’t enforce self-exclusion should not be allowed on the Swedish market.
They are a red flag company. Support is for nothing and games are bad. Also if you happen to win money, they close your account and take your winnings. For such a large company, they are completely useless.
