This was one of the first casinos that I played at. Overall the games are pretty good but I tend to spend a lot of time on Roulette. Pretty decent wins on most of the slots but I think the withdrawal process is not as great in comparison to other casinos. Specifically, they charge you $25 unless you use crypto. It takes 2-3 business days for withdrawals to be processed. I really don’t like that while in the withdrawal process you can cancel your deposit up until the two days are complete. I think a better concept would be to process the withdrawal immediately. The customer service chat is very resourceful and they offer bonuses such as monthly and daily bonuses based on your deposits.

It takes much longer than they say to get your winnings even if you do crypto . The card on the live table get stacked and I’m guessing the machine has a smart computer chip because I’ve never seen a dealer get so many 21’s . Also if you keep count you’ll notice why they only give you half the deck and not full deck. They cheat bad on the live dealer side . I will never put my money back in this thieving hole. Half the time their dealers are falling asleep or it’s all a game and gives them time to rotate cards in machine . Never again. Don’t Waste your money !!

Slots are ok and so is the blackjack table games that aren’t live

I was able to withdrawal the max $100 off of a free ND $30 chip. As everyone is saying the customer service is great. Both of the reps I dealt with were down to earth people. I actually enjoyed interacting with customer service, especially Angela. Her accent had me wishing I had more questions so I could keep her on the phone! 🤣 Verification took only 6 hours for me and my withdrawal hit my coin coinbase wallet in under 12. I stay away from all of the deposit required bonuses as the play through requirements are extremely high in my opinion. And the website is a bit frustrating, sometimes it will just end my session and I'll have to log back in nothing major just a bit annoying. Personally I can deal with a few technical issues better than I can deal with not feeling safe with my money. And customer service definitely was responsive enough to make me feel completely safe that I wasn't going to get scammed. I've seen a lot of bad reviews, but I just think as with any online casino or whatever people will run into problems. It's not completely avoidable. I've been playing with LuckyRed for a couple months now. I promise everyone reading the reviews they are very legit, it's not a scam. I haven't won a ton of money but I haven't really loaded too much on either. I've cashed out a total of 5 times via my Cash app Bitcoin address. Once for $200 something and 4 times for over $500. The first time it took every bit of three days for ID and address verification, after that it hasn't been more than 1-2 days. Always received exactly what I was supposed to receive. (People need to read into the bonus requirements/info) I find it better just to avoid the bonuses myself. Then it's just a 1x rollover and there's no max cash out, max bet per hand, etc. as far as support. They're phonomenal. Two times I didn't receive my bonus with my deposit, I messaged live chat and they resolved it in literally a couple minutes. They're friendly, and you can even ask them how there day is going and you'll find out they're normal people just like us making a living. Lol 10/10 from me. I almost feel as if you're having an issue with them that it's probably some mistake on your end. Can't say for sure. Haha...but yeah don't be weary. Good site. This is one of the few rtg sites that is legit and has good, honest customer service. As a player, it's up to you to know the rules of bonuses. The only downside is that the site is a little buggy sometimes, but that may be because of my location compared to theirs, I am not sure. The most important thing to me is that they are honest, and they are (at least they have been so far). Once you are verified your payout will hit your account 1-2 days after you request it. There are always exceptions, but as long as you abide by the rules and stay understanding, this is a site worth playing on. You will lose in the long run, that's just the way it goes, but this site will not rip you off.

I was skeptical about this casino at first because most RTG casinos are sketchy at best. However I haven't had any bad experiences so far, my only gripe is that verification took several days but once it was finished, I was able to withdraw via Bitcoin and took a little under 2 days to receive my winnings. I even won the major jackpot playing Plentiful Treasure ($1,233) and they sent the money with no issues, that was what convinced me they're legit, was totally expecting some lame excuses why they couldn't pay out. I’ve been playing this casino for probably 3-4 months. I’ve made multiple deposits I’ve never one. On July 27. I finally won a tournament. Today is August 4 and I still haven’t been paid and have been told my bitcoin address is not valid three separate times. I’ve given them three separate bitcoin addresses, and they keep giving me a BS excuse. They finally told me yesterday through email that I had given him a valid bitcoin address and today it is 4 PM and still I haven’t received my funds. $250 winnings I wrote them through chat asking what was the hold up and they told me that they were to be sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but the cashiers are gone until next week in my which I won’t be processed until then. Yeah, right! The cashier wrote me last night is what I said and I said I’m tired of you guys I’m reporting you I’m done talking. FYI run from the casino. They act and seem fantastic but when you get in the middle of it, it’s a huge ordeal it’s like pulling teeth getting your money .

A total scam!!!! Won $709.00 said withdraw amount available!!! Then said account not verified. Then customer service says you can't withdraw until you reach 345$ which I did! Now I'm told can't transfer to my bank. Have to accept in Bitcoin!!! They say highest pay out for cash money is $75 and the rest would be taken off! Then you have to deposit 25$ just to verify your account! Oh yeah of the $75 they want a 25 fee! So outta all my winnings I get a funky a** $50! Hell naw! Ruuuunnnnn! My experience is not about playing at this casino, but about not playing. All I could do was deposit $50. Then I couldn't play more than one game. It's been two months and nothing has changed. Support about 50 times advised the same medicine. This is cookie removal

This casino has superb customer service reps. They are very fast with account verification,and the payout (I chose a check) was swift(only 4 days it took for the check to arrive once they verified everything).
I couldn't get my balance up more then 400.00 so requested withdrawal immediately before loosing it (lol)... But I think this is one of the best casinos.

DO NOT go near this casino, its a complete scam. No problem depositing or playing, issue starts when trying to get account verified to make a withdrawal. Took me 2 weeks to get account verified as they kept finding issues with home address, had to send in 4 separate letters with address on. I then won 2K and tried to withdraw, but now they are telling me I'm flagging on a global database and my account is locked ???. Trust me use a different casino and this is not coming from a bad loser

Horrible website, no styling at all, seems extremely untrustworthy. Had issues reading into bonus terms and conditions, 'redeemable 1x' seems to imply that after wagering a 50x welcome bonus you can only retrieve what you deposited + bonus.

To ask about that I've contacted support but got no response. I then wanted to permanently close the account, but they are refusing for no reason. They even go for the bold lie route stating 'GDPR laws' prevent them from closing my account. What a load of bollocks.

We have just reviewed your account and we have noticed the winnings you currently have are from bets above $10 while the play wagering requirement were still active.

Please note that as per the Bonus Terms and Conditions clause 20 the winnings on the account have been voided and the $50 deposit you made has been refunded back to the card used to make the deposit.

The relevant terms is below:

20. The maximum bet rule allowed to be placed during the playthrough of any promotion bonuses (including cash back offers) is $10. Betting above $10 during an active playthrough will result in any winnings being voided.

They voided everything I had won 20,000 and they know that they are lying because they refuse the money and refund my deposit money and that’s how I know they are not ever going too pay off …… so if I " violated anything " why would they refund my deposit money !
