Casino Ventura Review

Player LUCHOMARQ complained about Casino Ventura because he couldn't withdraw his money. On 24. 10. 2019 the player made a deposit of 100USD, played Blackjack, and after he finished his balance was 140USD. On 27. 5. he made a withdrawal request for the 140 USD but he didn´t receive his money. Later, his account was locked because the casino migrated their website and there was some technical glitch. After contacting customer support, his account restored but the funds were missing and the casino refused to reinitiate them. No updates since then.

The player made a second deposit and won €1,500. He also sent his documents for verification. About a week later, the casino contacted him while claiming that he didn't meet the wagering requirements and his winning would be confiscated. He wrote back to the casino asking for the specifics like which rules did he brake and all of a sudden they changed their story and said that he accepted two bonuses in a row, which was against the rules. The player did his research and found out that those terms and conditions that he supposedly violated were new and they were not there when he had won. The casino received some time to pay the player his winning but never did. The ThePOGG decided to put the casino on their blacklist. There is no update on this case ever since.

The player made a deposit and received a 100% bonus. But when he requested a withdrawal of €2,000, it was denied because the deposit bonuses of 100% had multiplied. The player stated that he did make deposits in between the bonuses. The casino responded saying that he used seven bonuses where six of them were 100% and as a result, casino banned him from the casino. They also claimed that they warned the player to not to do so via email, but he said he never received any email. The casino kept silence after this and the case remained open. .

The player, Andre, made a deposit and claimed a bonus and later on, he took a second bonus. After that, he won but was sure that he completed all the wagering requirements and requested a withdrawal. After some time, he contacted the support for an update and they told him that his winnings had been voided because he had broken a rule with high betting, which was not allowed. Andre checked into his gaming history and did not find any violations from his side. He contacted the support again and this time they told him that he used two bonuses in a row, which was a surprise to Andre because they must have changed these terms and conditions right after he had won. The ThePOGG asked the player which bonuses did he play with and checked the casino's bonus terms and conditions. Later on, ThePOGG found out that the terms and conditions were changed after the player won. Unfortunately, the casino stopped responding to the complaint and the ThePOGG decided to put them on their blacklist. There is no further update on this case.
