I am giving Bella four stars because for 1. They were semi fast on my withdrawal request,and I had NO issues with the payout. It took only approx. 10 business days for the payout to show in my bank account. 2. I like the games, I'm a fan of the variety of game providers. 3. The only thing they lack,and the reason I did not give five stars is The Chat system (sometimes they lack enough chat reps and you just have to wait a while OR go back another time).
