The experience regarding responsible gaming was extremely poor. The platform does not have a direct self-exclusion or quick exit button that works immediately.
When I contacted chat support to request the final closure, the staff deliberately delayed the process with automated responses ('please wait a moment', 'we are verifying'). This deliberate and unjustified delay in implementing the block unnecessarily exposed me and resulted in the loss of 80,000 ARS that should not have been processed if self-exclusion had worked instantly as required by the regulations.
I had to insist repeatedly and firmly before they finally closed the account. A safe casino should guarantee instant self-exclusion tools, not attrition strategies.

This casino is, by far, one of the worst experiences I've had as a gambler. It's focused almost exclusively on sports betting, and for those of us who play slots or other games of chance, the platform is a disaster. The interface is clunky, slow, and feels neglected. My experience with deposits and withdrawals was terrible: I would load $200,000 pesos with my card, and when withdrawing via Litecoin, only $160,000 would end up in my wallet, not because of crypto fees, but because of a terrible currency configuration that always resulted in a loss of at least 10% on every withdrawal. Furthermore, bank transfers took up to two days to be credited, which is completely unacceptable. The "raceback" system is ridiculous: you only get paid if you lose, and the rewards are minimal, around $1,000 per million wagered, while other sites offer bonuses and cashback even if you end up winning. The worst part is the self-exclusion system: I've been trying to self-exclude for three weeks, I've sent more than eight emails, and they always ask for something new—first the date, then confirmation, then an explanation, then more specifics—and each response takes four days, a process clearly designed to wear down the user and prevent them from quitting. In short, between disastrous payouts, huge losses on withdrawals, absurdly long deposit times, nonexistent benefits, and a self-exclusion system that seems designed to keep players from playing, this is the worst casino I've ever deposited money in. I don't recommend it under any circumstances.

On January 13, 2025, I requested a withdrawal of 100,000 TRY. Betwinner marked it as "completed" at 07:35, but the funds never arrived in my Papara account. I immediately contacted support, provided all requested documents, and showed clear proof that the payment was never received.
Instead of resolving the issue, Betwinner ignored my evidence, claimed they had "fulfilled obligations," and then completely stopped responding to my emails. I have been waiting more than 9 months without any resolution.
This situation caused me serious financial hardship — I even had to sell my phone to pay rent and cannot cover my loans. Betwinner’s behavior is unacceptable, and their silence makes it worse.
This is not only unfair but also highly suspicious. Players should be warned about the risks of dealing with Betwinner

Very bad casino, they ask you for KYC and then they tell you that you don't meet the requirements and that you have multiple accounts so they don't pay you, I'm not the first one this has happened to, they did the same thing to a friend, I checked my entire email life and my cell phone, I sent the documents they asked for and after the 72 hours that they themselves give, they do not respond to you, then they tell you to wait until they are verifying and then they tell you that they do not accept your KYC and they block you and do not rob you the money, if they asked me for KYC at the beginning I did it without a problem.
Casino muy malo, te piden KYC y despues te salen diciendo que no cumples con los requisitos y que tienes multicuentas para no pagarte, no soy el primero al que le pasa, a un amigo le hicieron lo mismo, yo verifique mi correo de toda la vida y mi celular, mande los documentos que me pedian y despues de las 72 horas que ellos mismos dan no te responden, luego te dicen que esperes que estan verificando y luego te dicen que no te aceptan el KYC y te bloquean y no te roban el dinero, si me pedian el KYC al inicio lo hacia sin problema.
