The player from the United Kingdom requested a withdrawal back in March. Unfortunately, she has not received her winnings yet. The player confirmed receipt of the payment, so we closed this complaint as resolved.

I managed to win but they wouldn’t pay me. When I contacted them to pay me at least my money back, they wouldn’t. Since 20th March.

After this I read a lot of reviews from other people with the same issue. It’s unacceptable!

I guess it’s a good business model to take peoples’ money and not pay them back.

Either the win or their OWN MONEY BACK!
