Hello, 2 days ago i tried to withdrawal 57€ from my account and next day i got a massage that it got canceled. I saw that i have to take a photo of my id card so i did, and today i can not go on my account and it says i got blocked and i can't do anything now. I talked with their agent and they said i cant get my account beck forever, but they can not just take my money and steal it from me, they are my 57€ not theirs, and i am working in my job everyday so i het stolen. What can i do and how do i get my money and account back?

Yes hello, thank you for your reply.

I was a player in 20bet for 3 days and on the third day on 11th of december i got blocked for unexpected reason.

My account got disabled after i put my id card in the account, and after that they said they blocked me because i entered my password wrong. They also said my account is blocked and disabled forever, but i have my own money on there, they can't just take my money. On my account i played only betting sports, just football, no casino or anything like that. No, i did not use any of the bonuses, i earned the money from my own money.

I hope a get my money back.
