We’ve reopened this complaint as per the player’s request. We've rejected it once again because he failed to pass the verification.

I deposit and playing then suddenly they lock me and ask for verification process of account..


So normally I submitted my documents like both id card side clear pic..then with face holding card clearly..then they ask for screenshot of e-bank account screenshot well I give that also..but now they asking computer screenshot required..and also useless things..I think they r just making issues..coz my all documents are perfectly submitted as I submitted in others but are doing much from others..if I got verified by others so why the can't.??

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

We’ve reopened this complaint as per the player’s request. We would like to give this case one more chance to get resolved and help both involved parties to reach a satisfactory conclusion.

"As I was supposed to be prove my last document for my account verification process was the payment confirmation by a computer screenshot and I submitted it with the proved also of the payment showing on that ... As I told before all other documents are giving perfectly and also check and accepted by the security department of 1xslot team and they ask for the last document that I was supposed to submit they they said before they can make my account verified but now after submitting the last document.they are telling now to again start from first in different ways..now my question is at the first time why they asked for that way and also why the accepted my documents that time..and another thing is why again I need to prove that things what I haved already proven before by the security department teams..that make one sense only which is no matter you give them the prove perfectly they will not make your account verified and will ask you for the same proved repeatedly by different ways so that you can't verify the account and also can't withdraw your money that's the way of cheating what I have faced by the 1xslot casino. For the prove I'm also giving the mails screenshot also below that they are repeatedly asking for the same proved but in different ways so you got stack and your deposit or winning money goes on there hand."

I'm from Bangladesh and open it there on my country but now after covid 19. I got call for my job again in saudi so I came back here again now as I'm not the citizen of this country where I'm working so as I created account in bd I submitted my nid card number.what I don't have now in here but I kept what is needed as I'm already played and done successful verification by this documents..but now I can't get my id card in physically so I can't make it anymore I think

And when I firstly asked to verify id I done that time coz I had my id that time..but they hadn't asked on that time..after so many time again they ask for id verification again what I already made done on that time..
