I've been losing money on 1xbet for three deposits, and I was finally able to withdraw it after the third. I received the first withdrawal in 10 minutes.
However, I haven't received the second withdrawal for over 28 days. I'm having a hard time.
I haven't made any bad bets or misbehaved, but 1xbet won't pay me. Customer service says the withdrawal will be processed soon and that I should wait.
The withdrawal was already approved.
However, I've waited 24 hours and still haven't received the money. When I contacted them, they told me to wait another 48 hours and promised it would arrive within that timeframe. Now, 672 hours (28 days) have passed, and they're still making me JUST WAT through customer service and lying about contacting the relevant department.

I requested a withdrawal via mobile wallet, and they initially said they'd already paid the money and that there was a problem with my mobile wallet. However, by then, I had already processed several other transfers via my mobile wallet.
When I told them, they changed their story and lied again, saying the payment was being processed.

And now they're telling me to wait 28 days.
No matter how many times I ask why the withdrawal is delayed, they won't tell me anything and just tell me to wait another 28 days. This is a complete disregard for the customer and a complete rip-off.
