I had put in for withdrawal on 28/6/24.But my withdrawal was pending. Later I contacted support They asked me to mail the security team. When I contacted security they asked me for aadhaar verification. And I submitted all the documents as per their request. After that their mail came to wait for 15 to 30 days. After waiting so much time they blocked my account. I want to know if my account is blocked.

Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Which documents have been already approved and which ones not? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about? Did they give you any reason at all for blocking your account?

I had complained on 23/6/24. His reply came immediately asking to wait for 14 to 30 days.

The complaint will be now rejected as you only did create a new CG account to post something that was already not published by us.
