Hello how are you, good morning, 1 month ago I started playing in this casino, the truth is that I put a large amount in it, I had read a little about this casino and it was supposed that the withdrawals were almost instantaneous, then I wanted to stop playing and take my earnings and the transaction only remained pending. I verified my identity via email with the casino support, they told me that the identity was registered successfully and that I could make my withdrawals, but now from being in a pending transaction (orange color) after hours it is automatically canceled for the casino. I have been contacted almost every day by the casino and the responses are poor. I need help please. It's been more than two weeks and I still can't withdraw my money.
I am attaching evidence of the failed withdrawals (the last two in red were canceled by the casino) the others in red were my attempts and nothing, then on my last attempt I wanted to withdraw all my money and time passed and the casino cancelled.
Right now I have a withdrawal made today because I have been trying since the casino denies it.
Hola que tal, buen dia, hace 1 mes empece a jugar en este casino, la verdad le meti una cantidad grande, habia leido un poco de este casino y se suponia que los retiros eran casi al instante, luego quise dejar de jugar y llevarme mis ganancias y la transaccion solo se quedaba en pendiente. Verifique mi identidad via correo electronico con el soporte del casino, me dijeron que la identidad se registro de forma exitosa y que podia hacer mis retiros, pero ahora de estar en transaccion pendiente(color naranja) a las horas pasa a ser cancelada de forma automatica por el casino. Me he contactado casi todos los dias por el casino y las respuestas son deficientes. Necesito ayuda porfavor. Ya pasaron mas de dos semanas y aun no puedo retirar mi dinero.
Adjunto evidencia de los retiros fallidos(los ultimos dos en rojo fueron cancelados por el casino) los demas en rojo fueron intentos mios y nada, despues en mi ultimo intento quise sacar todo mi dinero y paso el tiempo y fue que el casino cancelo.
Ahora mismo tengo un retiro realizado hoy por que he estado intentando ya que el casino me los niega.
