Recharged € 50 by entering bonus code 50%, won € 150 at casino and € 210 bet, impossible to withdraw because bonus is active, I abort bonus thinking of losing the accrued bonus and instead my balance goes to zero, both the winnings and the amount loaded, site explanation "I agreed to lose everything by abandoning the bonus", bonus never received by the way.
Is it possible to reset the balance of hundreds of euros to accrue a 25 € bonis?
Dear Francesco,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience. I have checked the T&Cs (https://1bet.com/terms-and-conditions) and this is what I found:
"8.9. In cases where the customer chooses to leave a bonus campaign or fails to complete any other withdrawal requirements, listed in the specific promotion, all bonus money and real money winnings will be forfeited."
Unfortunately, the vast majority of casinos have this or similar rule, and players must finish the wagering requirements in order to be eligible to withdraw winnings from that bonus. Since you’ve canceled the bonus before fulfilling the wagering requirements, your winnings were forfeited in accordance with the T&Cs.
Sadly, there is not much we could do for you in this case, I can only recommend you finishing the wagering requirements the next time you play with a bonus as well as carefully reading the General and Bonus T&Cs.
Please let us know if there is anything else, we could help you with, or if I have overlooked something, otherwise we will be forced to reject this complaint. Thank you for understanding.
Best regards,
Kristina
