Hello,


I have a problem with withdrawing my money. I requested €700 first - it was cancelled due to technical issue. I received below message

Your withdrawal was not successful. Due to technical issue, the withdrawal to the card was not processed.


We recommend that you use an alternative method:

-Inpay;

- Skrill;

- Neteller;

- eZeeWallet;

- Payop;

-Crypto.


I got myself the Skrill card- uploaded it.

But looking at it this card - is not on the list. i technically need to deposit funds again from this card -so it will be available.

so i was told to try visa again. Now i done 2 transfer €1000 and €300.€1000 one was just again cancelled- and i was told again to use different method. i asked to put this on my visa - as they are able to get deposits from it - this is what i recieved back

I have received a message from our finance team, that bank transfers aren't available temporarily.


i am afraid that they have no intention to give me my money back. and they are luring me to deposit again and again from different types of cards . this is alarming for me,. Now they are telling me to upload bank statement . after they are saying bank transfers are not available. I AM NOT SURE WHAT TO DO NOW

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

HI, Kristina,

All verified, they are cancelling my withdrawals ,for internal glitch reasons, and that bank transfers aren't available temporarily

yet they can take deposit from my visa - no problem

Thank you for your reply, Agsontherocks. Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. Therefore this doesn’t necessarily have to be the casino’s mistake.

Have you made any successful withdrawals before? Could you please confirm that you have passed the KYC verification?
