I made vertification last year but now if i want withdraw i have sent everything what i have.still they rejected my peyment.now they want account statement where is my name iban and ecerything but iys impossible to send becuse when i have name then dont have iban if theres iban then no name.only withdraw solution they have bank transfere.but there is card to where i deposited but they said technical issuses.i really havent been other casinos that kind of problem.at first i send card details and everything why they asked ?if they are techinal ussuses and tehen they said only option is bank transfer.what the fuck and this all is becuse of 60 eur .i hope you csn help i dont know anymore what to do

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

Hello i get it money from zoome casino its ok now.but i have to say still i dont have trust for this casino becuse its like they searching for reason not to pay and it was small amount 60 eur.lot of casinos dont do problem thos kindsmall amount like mond casino no problem withdraw but zoome casino is like you send everything what they want then its new thing that they want.it was hours of talk live chat.by the way last year i did vertification .still i im not sure i ever play there anymore.
