DO NOT use this casino! I don’t know why Guru has this rated at 4.5/10 as it is the worst casino I have ever used. They are not licensed so basically they can do whatever they like. The wording on the website stating they are licensed in Curacao is a lie! I have checked this out. They don’t have online chat as advertised so you have to email them which they never reply to. No phone number. I requested a withdrawl on 1st January but didn’t receive it until 23rd January and to be honest I don’t think they would of given me my money if I hadn’t of constantly emailed them with threats of taking this further as I had gathered a lot of information about them.

Despite having the ability to make deposits, the player had had no luck contacting the casino via email or chat since January, 2024. The player hadn't made any previous withdrawal requests and the casino hadn't requested any KYC documents. The player's winnings were accumulated without a bonus. However, the casino later added bonus money to the player's balance, which the player suspected was done to prevent withdrawal requests. We had attempted to resolve the issue by contacting the casino multiple times but received no response. Since the casino operated without a valid license and didn't refer to any ADR service, we couldn't escalate the complaint to a gaming authority. The complaint was marked as 'unresolved'.
