I tried to access the site during these hours but still could not find the live chat option that they are advertising. I sent them a message through a written form or email together with my ID documents and requested a withdrawal, but, I had no replay. Furthermore, I tried to log in with the correct information but, My account was unfairly blocked on zeslots casino. I deposited 50 euro and won euro 3000 they don't want to pay my winnings.
