Hello,


I made a 100$ deposit at this casino and it was attach to a 100% bonus. The wagering on the bonus is 35x so 3500$


After playing for a while I went to check what was left of it and it said 7200$ left to wager...wich is impossible.


Went to the chat to see what was wrong and I was told hat they could not change it


This is dishonesty at is best.


Just wondering if you could help.


I have attach the email with the bonus I got in it with also the rules for wagering very visible and clear.


Also attach a screenshot of my deposit.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I have checked the general bonus terms and conditions, and this is what I found (here):


„Please note that in the interests of fair gaming, we require you to have wagered a minimum of 35 times the sum of your welcome bonus before cashing out any winnings.


For example:


Deposit €30 get €30, wager is €1.050 to cash out.

Deposit €60 get €60, wager is €2.100 to cash out.

Deposit €90 get €90, wager is €3.150 to cash out."


Could you please forward any screenshot or relevant communication with the actual status of your bonus wagering requirements to petronela.k@casino.guru?
