The responses I've been receiving from customer service are the standard "delay due to technical issues, we ask for your understanding," etc. How can you expect understanding if there is no consistency? I would like to point out that the terms state that withdrawals are processed within 3 business days, and it's already been 9! Thank you in advance.

Hello again, it's not about casinos but about football in particular just because I see that you are the only site that deals with complaints from various users in various bookmakers I said to try, what I can tell you is that I have made no twenty withdrawals on in the past without any problem but now for some reason (not specified exactly) there is a long delay I have contacted them via chat 4-5 times I have sent emails but nothing happens unfortunately
