The player from Portugal didn’t receive a deposit bonus. Unfortunately, the player lost the bonus that was supposed to trigger the bonus, therefore we couldn't help.

I received an email from wills casino with promo code BANDIT for 150 free spins no wager valid till day 11.

I made a deposit on time as you can see in the attachment , first activated the code and it was accepted then deposit but the free spins weren't credited.

I contacted chat but there was no chat active , emailed and got no answer so i went and play with the deposit but lost it all.

Next day contacted chat and they say the promotion can't be added because i have 0 balance , and that i didn't deposit on time ... When you clearly can see i did.

They offer me 20 spins with wager in return from taking 150 spins no wager worth 30€ ... I feel robbed .

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience. Although I understand your point of view and your frustration, for most casinos it is impossible to add manually a deposit bonus on top of a deposit, that has already been lost. We could try to help with issues like this only if your deposit stayed untouched. Since this is not the case here, and the casino has offered you compensation, there is not much more we could do for you.

Hi kristina thanks for the reply I really don't consider that i was given a compensation ... It's the default offer they give to any player who don't use a bonus while depositing ... And that's not my case , i used a bonus it activated but wasn't credited , then acuse me of depositing on the next day while I clearly deposited on 11 and then how am I supposed to know that i had to keep the deposit intact? I tried to contact but there's no one available only in the next day ... So i did what i went there for ... I play ... When does someone go to a casino deposit money and not play? That's just nonsense really ...

I don't feel that I've been treated with respect or that they even tried to help me and compensate me so i don't really feel this is a closed case.

Thank you for your reply, Justforkicks. I understand what you are trying to say, however, this is a standard procedure therefore, our hands are tied in this case. As I explained previously, we would be able to help only if you didn't play with your deposit at all.
