500% bonus offer. Deposited $30 CAD. Deposit + bonus totals $180.00. Made numerous wagers not exceeding $5 until wager requirement was met. Final balance was $2001.34. Max daily withdrawal is $1000/day. Made 1st withdrawal for $1000 on Sat Apr23 leaving another $1001.34 still in my balance. Passed KYC on Mon Apr25. First withdrawal was approved and processed on Fri Apr29.

However, my remaining $1001.34 was inexplicably reduced to $501.34.

Support was emailed demanding an explanation to the missing $500. Response was bonus term 4.2.1 that reads

"There is a general limit on withdrawals of one thousend Euros (€1,000) per user, per day, five thousand Euros (€5,000) per user, per week (excluded progressive jackpot winnings). The maximum Cashout will be 50 x of your last Deposit."

The phrasing is deliberately misleading. This term implies that max withdrawal is either 50x your deposit or $1000 per day, whichever is less, and that funds exceeding the $1000 requires multiple withdrawals not exceeding $5000/week.

I have submitted a withdrawal request for the remaining $501.00 with 34 cents still in my balance. I must wait another 3-5 business days for processing of this 2nd withdrawal.

Given the very bad reputation of this particular casino regarding a repeated unwillingness to send players their money…I am asking for your help in beginning the mediation process. I expect that my 1st withdrawal of $1000 will not arrive in my bank account. The writing is on the wall and I expect this casino to delay paying out any funds like they usually do.

I expect to receive the full amount of $2001.00, however, I am willing to forego my dispute on the missing $500 if the casino agrees to pay me $1501.00 in a timely and painless manner. My username with Wild Pharao is ‘thegwench’.

Your assistance on this matter is greatly appreciated.

Respectfully,

Hello Scatterpro,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with Wild Pharao Casino. Please allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward.

Was this your first withdrawal request in the casino? Did the casino explain in any way the deduction of your balance?

Please note that there is a difference between maximum withdrawal (per day/week/month) and maximum win amount. Most bonuses come with a maximum win limit which means you can't win more than that. In your case the following term of Wild Pharao applied:

"16.All withdrawals will be subject to an internal audit before being processed. Wildpharao reserves all rights to void Bonuses or any winnings for failed audits. Player hereby consents in advance to same. When depositing with Bonus the maximum Cashout for all reload bonuses (all bonuses without the first depositing bonus) will be 50 x of your last Deposit."

This means that if you did deposit $30 then your maximum allowed win from the bonus is $1500, therefor everything was done by their terms and there isn't any unfair deduction.

Looking forward to your answer.

Regards,

Nick

I understand this point. However, I’m confused on the definition of ‘cashout’. It was my understanding this limitation was applied to the maximum I could withdraw at any one given time. It doesn’t specifically state the winnings are limited. The bonus terms are flawed, shady and not concise. I can forego this shady tactic. However, like I said in my earlier complaint. I’d like your help in ensuring I receive both my first and 2nd withdrawals. As I suspect I won’t be seeing the funds arrive voluntarily. History shows that players need a third party such as Casino Guru to assist in players receiving their funds.

Dear Scatterpro,

thanks for letting us know about your problem.

As stated in Bonusterms 14.16. "All withdrawals will be subject to an internal audit before being processed. Wildpharao reserves all rights to void Bonuses or any winnings for failed audits. Player hereby consents in advance to same. When depositing with Bonus the maximum Cashout for all reload bonuses (all bonuses without the first depositing bonus) will be 50 x of your last Deposit." That means that max cashout in your case will be 1500 EUR.

I will escalate your 1000 EUR inquiry to finance dept. Please, be informed, that second withdrawal can be 500 EUR only. I will come back with a feedback from our finance dept asap.

Best regards,

Thank you for your assistance. The withdrawals are in Canadian dollars…not euros.

The status on my first withdrawal is approved and it’s status says ‘processed’. However, my payment provider, Gigadat, has not received the funds.

Dear Wild Pharao Representative,

My $1000 withdrawal made on Apr 23/22 was approved and given the status of ‘processed’ on Fri. Apr 29/22. It is now late May 3rd and my payment provider, Gigadat, has not received any funds or notification. What is the meaning of this? Why hasn’t your casino paid out any funds yet?

Your immediate reply is appreciated.

Dear Wild Pharao,

Could you please specify when can the player expect his payment.

I would like to also ask the player to let us know in case the money would arrive.

Dear Nick,

It would seem that Wild Pharao is giving us both the cold shoulder.

I’d like to know if you have the contact information for all the game providers used by Wild Pharao (ie. Quickspin, Pragmatic, Push Gaming, etc, etc, etc).

I would like to contact them to advise them that their software is potentially being used to victimize unsuspecting players. I don’t think the game providers would want to be implicated if certain casinos are found to be engaging in suspicious or fraudulent behaviour. If the game providers are being paid for the use of their software…that means they can be accused of aiding and abetting.

Now that I think about it, has Casino Guru considered developing a partnership with the game providers. I mean, don’t the online casinos pay a fee to these game providers to have the privileges of using their software? There are potential legal ramifications for them as well. I’m sure they wouldn’t want this.

Such an endeavour could be a game changer for Casino Guru. And it could be a great way to shut down the disreputable casinos. In fact, I wouldn’t mind being a part of such an idea.

I’d like your thoughts on this.

Hello Scatterpro,

Sorry for the delay in respond. I will change the tittle to a delayed payment. Also I would like to ask Wild Pharao Casino, as they have already responded here once, to explain us the delay of the payments or at least specify when could the player expect his payments.

Regards,

Nick

Dear Wild Pharao,

Please note that we haven't hear from you in a while and the player still did not receive any payment. Will set the timer to another 7 days. In case there will be now answer, we will be forced to close the complaint as unresolved which may lead to rating deduction.

Dear Wild Pharao Casino Representative,

The end of the week (Friday) has gone and passed. It is now the following Monday and I’ve received nothing in the way of money or communication.

Can we expect to receive those funds this week? Your immediate response is appreciated.

Dear Nick,

The disputed amount is $1000 and $501 (totalling $1501.00). Can we update the heading to this thread to reflect that?

Thanks 👍

Hello Scatterpro,

The amount will be updated after my post.

I would like to ask Wild Pharao why is the withdrawal stuck again.

Dear Wild Pharao Representative,

It has been 48 days since my initial withdrawal request. Your last response promising action with your financial department was made 10 days ago. I’ve still not received any funds or communication. When can we expect to receive my withdrawals of $1501.00?

Dear Wild Pharao Representative,

Your last response 3 weeks ago, stated the matter will be escalated and you’ll get back to us at the end of the week. But there’s been complete silence. I’m still waiting for my withdrawals. What seems to be the problem?

We would like to ask the Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

Dear Scatterpro,

Unfortunately, we have come to a point, where we are not able to move forward with this complaint. Generally, we would now try to get in touch with the casino and ask for their explanation, however, this one has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy," which clearly shows the casino is not interested in cooperating with us.

Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved." This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

Regrettably, we have no other choice since it seems to be a common practice of Wild Pharao Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our failed attempts to negotiate.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Wild Pharao Casino. I wish I could be of more help.

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
