The player from Ireland had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. Their money hadn’t been received yet. We had advised the player to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawal before submitting a complaint. We extended the timer for response by 7 days, however, the player did not respond to our messages and questions. As a result, we were unable to investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

I requested a withdrawal at 1am on Monday 29th January. I was told withdrawals take up to 3 days to be processed. We are on day 6 now and they refuse to give me any indication as to when I can expect the withdrawal to be processed. All KYC information has been submitted and approved. I keep being told everything is fine and it is the financial team who we are waiting on for approval but I am not allowed to make contact with the financial team.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
