Goodnight! I made a withdrawal on 06/22 at 4 pm, transaction id: 8ab44aee-65da-44f2-b518-2160e317dd8e. On the casino website it says that the payout takes from 5 minutes to 12 hours, and so far nothing from my payout has arrived. The chat didn't answer me either.

Sorry, but 14 days is a total absurd amount of time. Because on the website itself the casino informs that its payments are fast and take a maximum of 12 hours, it is out of the question to wait 14 days for a pix. Before the time for this claim runs out (only 15 hours to go now). I would like to point out that my problem has NOT been resolved. Nobody helped me and I didn't get my money, it's been two weeks on this.

Kristina, in response to your message, I'm sorry if it seemed inconsiderate, it's just that I was told that they would be helping me when the 14 days passed and after that a few days went by without an answer and when I sent the last message it was because it appeared that there were few hours to close the claim without a response from the casino guru. To answer your questions, so far I have not had any successful withdrawals. After about 18 days without Vulkan Casino giving any satisfaction about the same withdrawal, the money returned on its own to the casino account and I requested the withdrawal again. I asked a chat operator about how long it would take this time and he said it would take a maximum of 2 days as my account is verified. At the moment, about 4 business days have passed, but I'm still waiting since here in this conversation Vulkan told me to wait 5 to 7 business days.

Obviamente eu compreendo que existe hora de trabalho e hora de folga, é que no meu país dificilmente uma pessoa tem mais de 1 dia de folga seguido e como a reclamação estava para ser encerrada me pareceu que não iriam mais me responder. Desculpe se pareci grosseira.
Respondendo suas perguntas, até o momento eu não tive nenhuma retirada com êxito. Depois de cerca de 18 dias sem o Vulkan Casino dar qualquer satisfação sobre o mesmo saque, o dinheiro retornou sozinho para a conta do casino e eu solicitei o saque novamente. Indaguei um atendente no chat sobre quanto tempo levaria dessa vez e ele disse que levaria no máximo 2 dias pois minha conta é verificada. No momento se passaram cerca de 4 dias úteis, mas continuo esperando já que por aqui nessa conversa o Vulkan disse para eu esperar 5 a 7 dias ´úteis.
