Hello ... At Vulkan Vegas it is said that withdrawals under € 500 are processed in a maximum of 48 hours.
I have deposited € 10 for the 6th time and now want to withdraw the small amount of € 189.
I am fully verified, I also received a mail about it. That had been going on for a couple of days. And now my payout has been hanging for almost 4 days
"In progress", especially since I was told before that, Mifinity is the fastest. And the support always put me off.
I'm well under 500 €, so it should take less than 48 hours.
Can someone help me somehow?

Hallöchen... Bei Vulkan Vegas heißt es ja dass Auszahlungen unter 500€ in maximal 48h bearbeitet werden.
Ich hab da jetzt insgesamt zum 6. Mal 10€ eingezahlt und jetzt den kleinen Betrag von 189€ Auszahlen wollen.
Ich bin vollständig Verifiziert, hab dazu auch ne Mail bekommen. Das dauerte schon ein paar Tage. Und jetzt hängt meine Auszahlung seit fast 4 Tagen
"in Bearbeitung" zumal mir vorher auch noch gesagt wurde mit Mifinity geht's am schnellsten. Und der Support vertröstet mich immer nur.
Ich bin ja wohl deutlich unter 500€, also sollte es weniger wie 48h dauern.
Kann mir da jemand irgendwie helfen??

But it says at Vulkan Vegas that 48 hours are required for withdrawals under € 500. It's been a long time. I am used to withdrawals from other casinos between 5 minutes and 12 hours. If 2 weeks are normal there, I would not have paid. Especially since it is no longer 48 hours but twice that without any news. I am then just too spoiled by all other casinos with fast payouts, including 1k to 3k 😐
Aber es steht ja bei Vulkan Vegas dass 48h für Auszahlungen unter 500€ benötigt werden. Das ist schon lang. Ich bin Auszahlungung von anderem Casinos zwischen 5min und 12h gewöhnt. Wenn 2 Wochen dort normal sind hätte ich nicht eingezahlt. Zumal es ja jetzt nicht mehr 48h sondern das doppelte sind ohne Neuigkeiten. Ich bin dann wohl von allen anderen Casinos mit schnellen Auszahlungen auch 1k bis 3k einfach zu verwöhnt 😐
