Hello, I have been waiting for over 1 week that I get my profit from Vulkanvegas, unfortunately, they do not accept my submitted documents, at least it is still there for a week that it is checked what I have never had on other sites. I have already written to the support that answers me but unfortunately does not answer why ever now I wanted to ask if someone can help me, the 600 € are not just little money for me

Hallo ich warte nun seit über 1woche das ich mein gewinn von Vulkanvegas bekomme leider akzeptieren sie nicht meine eingesendeten Dokumente zumindest steht immer noch da seit einer woche das es überprüft wird was ich noch nie hatte bei anderen seiten . Ich habe bereits dem Support geschrieben dieser antwortet mir aber leider nicht warum auch immer nun wollte ich mal nach fragen ob mir jemand helfen kann den für mich sind 600€ nicht gerade wenig geld

As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.
Have you been advised what specifically seems to be a problem in verifying your account? How many days ago you have requested a withdrawal and apply for the account verification?
