No, this is not the first deposit. I contacted them today, they send me to wait for the crypto replenishment, wait 4 days... this is nonsense. The operator also closed the chat with me for no reason. Asked additional questions after the main question and immediately closed the chat. There are no screenshots of the correspondencefile
