Casino closed my Account because I asked a transaction list and they call me Ganbel Addict only because I dared to ask such a list. As this happened I noticed them that I will let a lawyer to ask the list and now nobody answers. I have asked them for last time for this list and they don’t answer so I decided to claim my money back with a well known lawyer office in Germany.

Hey Nick, yea my account is verified but can’t exactly remember for how long, it was long time ago, maybe over 1 and half years ago. Yes, after this experience with Vulkan Vegas I have choose to take a break also from another casino who doesn’t take necessary time to answer me in the Chat and who have’s issues with deposits ( the preferred method doesn’t work any time) but I am still active on another one who was always fair. I can not understand why Vulkan Vegas tagged me as addicted and why they refuse to send me the transactions list… I was player on their Casino years and they don’t even care. Fortunately the balance is on 0 at Vulkan Vegas

As long as you had no remaining balance on your casino account, the casino is allowed to close it without any reason given and we can do nothing about it.

No thanks, I already finished the first steps with the lawyer and now we wait about a week until the bank finishes the statements than it goes further with the court. As Vulkan Vegas doesn’t bother to answer the lawyer or to me i find it very sadly. They always saying they had forwarded my request and someone will contact me but until now nobody cared. I will never recommend them again to anyone
