My problem is I asked for 3 days was everything OK with my withdrawal I was told yes then It was declined and asked me for silly documents and also the ones that I have already uploaded I have done all my kyc with them and now I'm been asked to prove that I can afford to play why all of a sudden do they care I've been with them for a long time and there was no problem before with withdrawals this is the biggest win I think I've had and they have taken every bit of good out of it at this stage I'm fed up really feel let down by such a good company can you help resolve this thanks

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

I have completed my kyc I have withdrew money before the same as I'm trying to now I've never had a problem with them before the money is always in my account in 2 days now I have had a nice win and its impossible they even asked for my wage slips to prove its my money
