Attention. This site looks like a scam. I ordered several withdrawals, none of them have arrived yet. Nobody responds to emails. No contact with the website, chat doesn't work. It all looks very dangerous. So far, I have ordered 3 withdrawals on September 19, 21 and 23, for a total amount of USD 400. Nothing happens with them and no one responds. In addition, I have another USD 400 in my account. And I'm worried if I'll ever get them back. Total USD 800

Unfortunately, I noticed that this problem applies not only to me but to all players on this site. In the social chat, everyone writes that they made a deposit and never received a withdrawal. This looks like a large-scale scam. Especially since there is no contact with the casino.

All my withdrawals are in processing mode. Nothing is happening. Nobody responds to emails. There is no contact with the casino.

The site automatically rejected all players' withdrawals. Removed the option to withdraw. In a social chat, several dozen people write that they cannot get their money back. The website took a deposit and did not pay anything. Looks like fraud or bankruptcy.

I have repeatedly tried to contact the casino but have had no success. Unfortunately, without cooperation from their side, there is little that can be achieved. Since the casino operates without a valid license and does not refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to.

I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the casino's rating caused by unresolved complaints could help change their approach. If the casino decides to respond, we will reopen the complaint and you will be notified by email.

I recommend choosing casinos based on their reviews and ratings in the future to avoid situations like this. I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion.
