When i want payout money they blocked my account . There was many things that they wanted from me . I send them all . In the end they block my account because in account name was a mistake ( was pootr and should be Piotr) ( i inform them about this small mistake...) on the account when they block was 17000 zł . Now they want to unblock IT with 100 zł........ They are not real casino , they lie about everythink just to not pay .

Could you please advise when did you create your account? Did you contact them right after the mistake or only when you wanted to withdraw? Did you agree with the casino's condition in order to fix the mistake?

Please note that entering unreal details while registering is strictly forbidden and the casino is not obligate to re-establish your account with any balance on it and is entitled to void your entire winnings.

I create an account in 27.07.

I contact them about that mistake when i start to send documents .also on website was informstion that email must be the same and . When i found this mistake. The chat operator told me that i can change this name after veryfication. . IT was me that told them that there is a mistake . I give them all true documents. ( IT was only small mistake Pootr / Piotr that i inform them Before i send all documents. Also after i still deposit money and continue playing.... They all the time change the reason why they block account. ( First they told me that because i AM i Norway and i need to show them that its true) Later they say that i was in Norway and in Poland ( 5 hours difrents) what is not true cause i AM all the time in Norway. When i explain them IT they told.me.about account name with i write Before about to them. ( On website was information that if somethink is wrong with name contact on chat cause You cant change IT Alone . But email must be 100% correct. And email od correct . In my opinion they are doing everythink to block accounts and find reason to dont Pay money. Why then after i give information to support chat that there is a mistake i still can deposit money and Play......i dont know maybe they change this name by them self but when they saw that i find IT they do everythink to block account

The surname / adress / account / cards / everythink was correct . They dont find this mistake in name . IT was me that told them . So if they still dont want to unblock my account its mean that they are not real casino but they are scammers and they do everythink to trick players . I will dont say nothink if they will find IT but IT was me WHO Play far. That's why i need to write IT here and if IT dont help later on others Forums. Cause people need to know about Casino with Lie and cheats on players. .

Update . 01.08.2024 18:25 i get email from Verde that they gonna unblock soon my account. I AM gonna let You know If its happen.

Next update: Verde unblock my account . I ordered 2 payments of PLN 8000 each, and 1 payment of PLN 7000 .I will let you know if everything works correctly. 

Update :

1 payment of 8000 PLN is in progress ( money go away from account) If i will get IT i will let You know.

Today. I get 1 from 3 payments. ( The 2 others still wait for accept) I will let You know when its gonna be done. ( If the payments gonna be accept and i AM gonna get money then i will change opinion about Verde Casino. )
