I won $860.79 which was the amount I was able to withdraw, I chose the withdraw the amount and then spent the next month going back and forth as they kept trying to delay my winnings even though I had verified all my information, but would show as not hitting the withdrawal button (which they told me they would do manually as the system glitched) or they denied my payment saying I didn't provide my information. They finally paid out $210 ( I got $186) and now they are saying I'm not entitled to the remainder. I called them out on this and now they have blocked me access to my personal information. These guts should be shut down, I asked to see their gaming license also and they wouldn't show me. For the whole month I was told I was able to withdraw my winnings and then last night they gave me some shit story about withdrawal limits. They are just pure frauds taking peoples money and not paying out when they win or making it so hard to get a payout that people play their winnings down. I'm now worried they will use my information for fraudulent purposes.

Dear Michelle,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m very sorry to hear about your problem. We will contact the casino and ask for their cooperation in resolving your problem, but, before we do so, could you please specify which payment method you have opted for? Do I understand it correctly that you have accumulated your winnings from No Deposit bonus and after a successful withdrawal your account was blocked? Please forward any relevant communication to petronela.k@casino.guru.

In the meantime, I would suggest checking our review for the True Blue Casino: https://casino.guru/True-Blue-Casino-review

„The whole casino group targets mainly United States and Canada. Because of this, all of the casinos in this group casinos share two specific traits – lower withdrawal limits per week and long waiting payout times. You should expect the first withdrawal to take a long time (in some cases even one or two months)."

„That being said, we advise all players considering playing with this group of casinos that they should be prepared for longer-than-usual waiting times. If you have the option, we recommend using Bitcoin or Neteller payments, which are more reliable and somewhat faster."

Nevertheless, I believe we will be able to help you to resolve your problem as soon as possible. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,

Petronela

Greetings Petronela and Michelle,

I had a look and the specific win was using your weekly insurance (or cashback as it's called). The rules on weekly insurance include a maximum cashout of 2x the initial bonus amount making the maximum cashout in this case $210. After the wire service fee what you received would be about right I'm afraid.

Had the win been on one of your cash deposits I can see that the deposit bonus you were playing with had no maximum cashout, $100 or $100,000 you would get paid. But not all playable funds are created equal, many bonuses (especially free chips) do have a withdrawal limit in place. Understanding the rules of the funds you're playing and the terms and conditions of the casino as a whole are quite important and the absolute best way to avoid disappointment come payout time.

Currently your account is paid in full, the full maximum payout amount has been paid out and received. There is nothing I can do to change the rules after the fact however I've gone ahead and issued you a free chip for $100 30/60 playthrough 1x max cashout. Perhaps you can get a win on that and a bit more cash in your pocket.

Have fun and good luck!

I don't feel like anything has been resolved, more like trying to put a bandaid on it. Offering me $100 to play, when even if they only payed out $210, there was still $649 left in credit, which they wiped from my account, plus my comp points. They even changed my account so I can't access my own personal information. These guys are fraudulent, I don't ever want to play in their casino again and think they should be blacklisted and their site shut down. They lied from the beginning, if I only had $210 in money available to be withdrawn, it would have stated that from the beginning. It said I had $860.79 available to be withdrawn.

Dear Michelle,

Thank you very much for your reply. I’m very sorry to hear that you’re still dissatisfied with the outcome. I have checked terms and conditions, and this is what I found https://www.true178.com/terms/:

„Weekly Cashback

The Weekly Cashback bonus comes with a 30 times playthrough requirement for Slots, Keno, Scratch Cards, Bingo; a 60 times playthrough requirement for Table Games and Video Poker. And excludes play in Baccarat, Craps, Roulette, Pontoon 21, Pai Gow Poker, Sic Bo,War and/or 'Shooting games' -e.g. Fish Catch.

The Weekly Cashback is credited each Monday 00.01EST for all players with no pending withdrawals, no approved withdrawals over previous 7 days and a balance under ($)00.

The Weekly Cashback is calculated on all deposits (minimum ($)50) which were made over the previous 7 days.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, the Weekly Cashback bonus comes with (2) times maximum allowed withdrawal (minimum ($)100)."

Unfortunately, I have to say that if the casino shares all the relevant information on its website and none of the important rules are hidden, there is not much I can do for you in this matter.

Could you please confirm that your awarded cashback bonus was $105 (therefore $105 x 2 = $210 maximum cash out)?

I would like to emphasize, that according to our Fair Gambling Codex https://casino.guru/fair-gambling-codex-for-casinos#win-limits, we consider imposed win limit to be unfair and predatory, only when it’s applied to a real money game, however, we accept bonus T&Cs that restrict the maximum cash out from a bonus play.

In conclusion, withdrawable amount doesn’t necessary means that the whole sum will be confirmed and processed. Each withdrawal coming from a bonus play is subsequently checked if all the bonus rules have been followed and then only, the available amount sent to the player.

I hope I clarified it for you sufficiently. Please let me know if there is anything else, I could do for you regarding this case. Thank you very much in advance for your reply.
