The player had balance of AU$ 15,000 in her account. She sent all documents to verify her account and the casino approved her withdrawal request. Then her account got blocked. We rejected this complaint because the casino sent the proof, that the player had duplicate account.

Hi my name is Veronica I had an account with true blue casino And one 15,000 I had to supply the casino with all documentation and ID to complete the withdrawal process they had approved my payout I was waiting on the wire transfer of my winnings and was keeping in touch via live chat I logged in check that everything has been completed that was on 4 December halfway through the live chat the person I was chatting to when off-line and somebody else came on I’ve taken screenshots of the chat and screenshot of my initial winningsI’ve now been locked out of my account and they have given me no reason whatsoever but have said that the Decision had been revoked what can I do please help

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I am very sorry to hear about your negative experience and I will try my best to help you. I would like to know if you are sure that you didn’t violate any of the casino’s T&Cs. This can lead to the casino closing your account unexpectedly. 

I will contact the casino and let you know as soon as I have more information.

Hello Veronica,

True Blue casino sent us a proof that you have multiple accounts open at this casino, which is against the casino's T&Cs, so we rejected your complaint.
