Since November 25 I have been trying to withdraw my winnings I completed the verification required online and was told 5 business days. Then it was reversed and I was told I needed to scan bank statement so I did and waited another 5 business days got rejected again as i was required to fill out and scan a Ccvoucher and send another drivers licence photo and debit card photo. Today they have decided I have been randomly chosen for a verification process.
