hello thank you for accessing my complaint.


deposits from day one "18th April to 21st May totalling $5964.31 aud "


I was banned on 21st may, that was my last time on the casino and the same day was my first ever contact with support, i didn't think anyone existed because of the bot style live chat system they have going on.


I signed up to Thepokies.net on the 18th April, i did not have no funds in the account at the time of them restricting my account. i was actually flicking thru the live chat FAQ when i managed to get thru to a support agent by the name of " Sasha " i had couple issues happening on some days but i couldn't report it to anyone so i took the opportunity to ask the question that got me banned ;\ my question was " Hello, are your slot games pirated copies because i've been seeing some issues in gameplays " at one point i didn't get not a single paying line in temple tumble im sure i counted around 21-23 spins NOTHING. even the game itself just didn't feel right compared to other casinos i've played on. literally i got banned for raising a query and asking a god dam question.


i feel robbed and betrayed like some fool, i question there response they left me witch was " we don't take threats lightly or abusing staff" i did not in anyway abuse or threaten... god i wasn't even angry at the time i literally was being genuinely nice i was concerned about moving forward and depoisting for there on.

Hello se3kstarr,

If you had no real balance on your casino account I would probably recommend to just find a different casino to play in. If you did think that they have rigged games and you even got blocked by them I wouldn't bother with them anymore. It would be a different case with money on your account as the casino has no right to void balance for no reason but they can close accounts anytime even without reason if you have no balance there.

Fair call, so the effort ans deposits put into the casino is useless, I feel that if any player has a issue they will get banned

It is hard to prove that you would win anything if you would deposit somewhere else. As I mentioned above without the remaining balance the casino is allowed to close the player's account. I'm sorry that we weren't able to help you out more but our hands are tied.
