The player from Ireland had taken a welcome bonus on Suprabets, but it was not displaying in any of her games. Despite multiple emails to the casino, the issue had not been resolved. The player wanted the bonus to work or a refund. She had not verified her account and her deposit was still linked to the bonus. The casino had acknowledged the issue and was working on a solution. The player had not attempted to withdraw her deposit. We had suggested the player to withdraw her deposit until the bonus issue was fixed by the casino. However, the player insisted on receiving the bonus. Due to the lack of response from the player, we were unable to proceed with the investigation and the complaint had been rejected.

I signed up to suprabets over two weeks ago.


I took their casino welcome bonus and the balance is showing on none of the games. I have emailed them (multiple times) they are aware of the issue but nothing is being done to fix this. I have looked online and other players have been having the same issues for months and months.


I want the bonus to work or my money returned.


Hopefully you can help mediate.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? How much exactly did you deposit? Is it still on your casino account or you did anything with the deposit? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Not verified as only deposited to take the bonus.


Deposit is still on the account linked to the bonus. Balance isn't showing on any games.


I uploaded the communication with the casino previously? They just said they know about the issue and are wokring on it, but that is almost two weeks ago. They've ignored my chasing emails.

In case the deposit is still untouched, you may try to request a refund of the deposit as they did not comply with their terms. The other possibility is to simply wait out the casino to fix the issue with the bonus.

See their attached response. There is a bigger issue here. If you look online this has been happening for many MANY months. They have never fixed it. Don't you think this is a tactic? People deposit, the bonus does not work, the players then spaff all their money away? A simple search on casino guru shows ALOT of people who have gambling issues do this

The e-mail clearly states that you may withdraw the deposited money without any issue. Did you try to request for a withdrawal as the bonus is not yet working?

What is there that is so difficult to understand here? I opened this complaint two weeks ago and you have still not invited the casino to respond.


Read the OP. The complaint is that they are not adding the bonus, the complaint is not 'they are not letting me withdraw'.

The casino is invited only when needed but they clearly stated that it is not yet fixed and you should withdraw your money you deposited in order to get the bonus. Please do as the casino advises to prevent any kind of bugs related to the bonus.
