My account was closed for no reason, they just said it was an internal administrative decision, no other reason given. They then asked my for the usual kyc stuff, which i provided, and now it has been 5 days with no answer from their side

I was a player since January and I had many successful deposits and withdrawals in this time. My last session was as follows, I deposited 200€ that gave me the option of 100€ bonus money. Then I played a single hand of baccarat of 180€. I won the hand and then I activated the bonus money and played some slots. Stopped playing I think at around 500€(real+bonus). Went to sleep and when I tried to log in the next morning it said that my account was under review. I will provide screenshots of my conversations in a while
