The player from France was unable to access his account without any reasoning or notification from the casino. This had occurred suddenly and he suspected a connection with a previous instance of account closure at a sister casino. The player had a balance of 11€ and over 5000€ in unsettled long-term bets, mostly on football and NBA games. He did not have an active bonus and had received multiple withdrawals from the casino without issues previously. Despite his attempts to communicate with the casino, he received no response. We were unable to assist the player due to the issue's connection to sports betting, which was outside our focus. The complaint was subsequently rejected.

Ok so now this even more crazy. I didn't use my Sportaza1 account since several days, i tried to log in this afternoon and i just can't ! I guess that maybe as Rabona and Sportaza1 belongs to the same company ( ? ), they decided to steal my money from Sportaza1 as well after closing the Rabona account. They didn't even ask me for documents or anything, they didn't send an email, nothing happened in fact i didn't even request a withdrawal, i just can't log in out of nowhere.


Here are some proofs that i have A LOT of pending bets on Sportaza1. This is so incredibly absurd, they are really trying to steal from a customer 5000€ without even trying to set up a reason this time ?


Please, just tell me that a lawyer can make them lose their license. Or it's just too easy, they can steal the money from every winning players without facing any consequences ? Like a mafia casino in a dark street ?

Could you please advise if you had any active balance (other than the pending bets) in your casino account when you were blocked? Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus? Which games did you focus on while your account was still active - slots, live casino, sports betting, etc.?

So i had only 11€ in my balance at that moment ( And it was just 'cause i made a 10€ deposit few seconds before being unable to log in ), i invested all my balance in long term bets ( mostly fooball : Euro qualification, Champions league groups top 2, premier league top 4, top 2, top 6, winner, best goalscorer... nba bets : who will make the playoffs next season ), in fact i've probably much more than 5000€ unsettled bets but i can't remember exactly, i just gave this number as the lowest possible limit.


I've no active bonus, my account was created in october 2022 and i didn't use a bonus since, at the beginning i was in the losing side then i won a lot of money on tennis matchs and blackjack. I received 4/5 withdrawals in 2023 from Sportaza, never hard any problem, they were even quick ( less than 4 days ). Before being logged off and being restricted i did nothing wrong, and until now i didn't even receive an email.


This is a pure robbery and i decided to contact  Curacao Antillephone N.V. their license operators, i can show them everything, all my bank transactions, all my house, whatever they need to see that i never did anything wrong, ever. At least Rabona answered, and they will probably need to cooperate now that Antillephone will open an investigation, but Sportaza, where i have ALL the money i won in 2023, didn't even ask for anything, didn't even answer. This is totally crazy right ? They act like a true mafia, thinking that they can kick out who ever win in their casino WITHOUT paying what he won fair and square.


Thank you very much for your help, i can even call a lawyer if needed, i'm extremely motivated 'cause even more than all this money what i want the more is justice, i will never let a thief get away with something like that.

Hi,

So no news since 3 days. I contacted again the livechat this morning, and here's the conversation. So they really did exactly what a mafia would do, they closed my account, didn't even inform me ( obviously because they had no legal reason to do it ), and they try to steal all my balance thinking that i'll keep quiet and let them do that. If they think that they can do a big robbery like this one, it means that they're used to it isn't it ? Only a thief can think that he will get away with something like that, do we agree ?


Btw small detail, i took the screenshot in the tournament section to show my name, i'm second ( because of all the points and money i won during the US open tennis tournament 3 weeks ago ) and i was going to receive 170 more € tomorrow as a reward for being second.

I already published my complaint here https://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints/sportaza-casino-account-closed-without-any-further-justification and i would appreciate to know your other suggestions as well as the least i can do is to ruin this casino/bookmaker's reputation in order to avoid that other customers be robbed in the future, then take a legal action and try to make them lose their license if they insist on being a mafia and don't send me my winnings.
