They don't pay me

I've been playing normally with them for a few months, I was able to make my first withdrawal without any problems, but since the second one I've been waiting for weeks and weeks, and they haven't paid me.
I have contacted them via chat and email, but they haven't given me any response, and my 3 pending withdrawals remain in limbo.

A month or so later, they still haven't paid me. I contacted them via chat and the girl told me I had no pending withdrawals. I went into my profile history and the 3 pending ones appeared. I sent it to the girl in the chat and she told me they were cancelled. She didn't understand anything at all.

Be very careful with this casino. I am not playing here anymore! When you try to deposit money using a card, they charge you double the amount. The first payment goes through automatically (because the bank already knows this source), and the second payment usually has some weird name for the company that charges you and asks for verification. Since you have just asked, for example, for a deposit of 50 euros, you get a notification to accept, and since you have just asked for it, you press accept! Only after that did I see that the first charge of 50 euros went through and that there is a second simultaneous charge of 50 euros that you approved because you thought that it is from the casino, but it is not, it is from a scamming location! Since you pressed approve to your bank, you can't get your money back! When you ask the casino what the second charge is, the casino doesn't know! But the charge is at the same time and the same amount! It is too good to be true. This is a big scam; be very careful with this site!!! I would not suggest you to play at all! I gave a star because you can't give less, I was sent a message on my cell with a promotion of 50% bonus on the next top-up.I made a substantial top-up especially for this promotion and I was not credited with this bonus, after hearing the assistance, I was credited with another bonus with a value of 20 times lower, despite having followed the link proposed by them in the message to make the top-up.I was finally told that they could not do anything for my bonus so lost, this was a real scam !!!

No matter how many games they have, this casino is probably the worst i've played in when it comes to payments. For some reason i couldn't deposit via skrill and i had to use visa, i could only withdraw from bank which took "3" days to process. Max i've waited was 5. They take too long to process in order to get you to cancel your withdrawal and play more. Really shady practice. Don't waste your money here.

Withdrawals are not processed. Payments can even be canceled after 5 days. So there is no processing. A clear violation of the terms of the contract.
Two days ago I sent an email to support. No reaction. And many other indications that it is dubious, fraud or customer funds are being misappropriated.

So I'll keep my hands off all of the 20 or so casinos owned by Rabidi NV
